Emulator surprises
Discovered that when you create an emulator configuration and define SD emulation, an image of the SD contents is created at the size you specify. I specified an 8GB SD. AVD used my C: drive to store the configuration. My C: drive had < 8GB of free space and promptly locked up Eclipse. Ooops!
